What are the steps to order a machine?
Ordering is simple! Visit our website, choose the machine you’re interested in, and click the ‘Add to Basket’ button on the product page. From there, proceed to checkout—it’s a quick and straightforward process. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online with major credit/debit cards. Do you need a Proforma Invoice? No problem! Call us, and we’ll prepare one for you so you can pay via bank transfer.
Please note we can accept cheques but they require clearance before the goods are dispatched.
3. Can I get a Proforma Invoice?
Of course! Let us know, and we’ll send you a Proforma Invoice with our bank details. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
4. Can I receive a receipt for my payment?
Yes! Once your order is paid and delivered, contact us to request a payment receipt or a paid invoice, and we’ll email or post it to you.
5. Can I request an official quote?
Absolutely! If you’re applying for a grant or need an official quote before purchase, inform us of the machine(s) and documents required, and we’ll support your request.
6. Do you offer price matching?
We aim to match or beat any legitimate, like-for-like quote. Just share the details or a link, and we’ll work to provide the best deal possible. Our delivery is often free, so factor that into your comparison!
7. Why are your prices so competitive?
We receive wholesale pricing as authorized distributors, allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers.
8. Do you offer aftersales support?
Our aftersales support we feel is second to none, having traded for 25 years, typically using most of the products we supply and forging strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers. Our knowledge, coupled with the supplier relationships we have ensure unmatched customer support when the need arises!

Delivery
1. Is delivery included?
Yes, delivery is free for most of our products to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Some products even qualify for free shipping across other UK regions. For offshore locations, please contact us to confirm availability and costs.
2. How soon will I get my machine?
In many cases, we have stock of certain machines and models, in which case dispatch times are typically 1 to 2 days. For other items, the delivery times can vary depending on seasonal demands and manufacturer lead times. Contact us for specific lead times on the machine you’re interested in.
3. Do machines come pre-assembled?
In more than 95% of cases, yes! Machines are delivered fully assembled, greased, and ready to go. However, sometimes the machines require minor final assembly (like attaching wheels etc), but clear instructions are provided. If you need any help, we’re always here to advise and guide you!
4. How are machines unloaded on delivery?
Most deliveries arrive on tail-lift vehicles or ramps for easy unloading. Some larger machines may require forklifts or special equipment—details will be noted in the product description. Contact us if you’re unsure.
5. Do you ship internationally?
For deliveries outside England, Wales and Scotland, contact us directly. International shipping is managed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to minimize or eliminate extra charges wherever possible.
6. Can I collect my machine in person?
Most of our machines ship directly from the manufacturer and ship via the pallet network, however, the collection is possible but needs prior arrangement.
7. Can I provide specific delivery instructions?
Yes! You can add delivery instructions during checkout or contact us, and we’ll relay them to the courier.

After-Sales Support
1. Can you help me if I have questions about my machine?
Absolutely! Our support doesn’t end after delivery. Reach out anytime with questions or concerns, and we’ll be glad to assist. Manuals are included with most machines, but we’re here if you need further guidance.
2. Do you supply spare parts?
Yes, we do. We supply spare parts directly from the manufacturers, door to door, normally the next working day.
3. What is the warranty on your machines?
All machines include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically covering faulty parts or workmanship (not consumables). Warranties, depending on manufacturer and product are between 12 to 36 months, but this can vary! Contact us if you need further information.
4. Can I return a machine?
Returns are handled at the manufacturer’s discretion and may include a restocking fee. If you decide to return an item, ensure it’s unused, stored securely, and still strapped to the original pallet. Customers cover the return shipping cost.
