Returns
Before returning any item, you must contact us to determine the appropriate return process. In some cases, returns may need to be sent directly to the manufacturer. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns to ensure the best action is taken.
Until the item is received at its destination, you are responsible for its condition.
A manufacturer restocking fee may apply to cover costs related to disassembly or modifications for resale. We do not profit from these fees.
All machinery must be securely strapped to pallets for return shipping. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Machines must be returned in unused, new condition, including all parts and manuals.
To request a refund, email us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. Please include details about the reason for the return and, if applicable, photographs of any issues.
Some machines are custom-built or upgraded, particularly those with optional extras, like hitch types or colour variations. Refunds may not be possible for custom machines.
If a returned machine is used or damaged, a refund may be denied, or a restoration fee may apply.
Due to the specialized nature of our products, all returns are subject to the discretion of Flail Mower UK and the manufacturer.
