Shipping policy

We deliver throughout the mainland United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or offshore islands.

Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are dispatched via pallet delivery using a specialist freight carrier.

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Timescales: Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days of payment being received. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Remote Areas Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and other remote postcodes may require additional lead time. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

Failed Deliveries If you are not available to accept delivery, a redelivery charge may apply. Please ensure someone is available on the agreed delivery date.

Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please note this on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 24 hours at info@flailmower.uk or call 0333 880 6654.
