The WHF220 Winton 2.2m Hydraulic Side-Shift Flail Mower is an excellent solution for managing overgrown landscapes. This mower comes equipped with a hydraulic side shift A-frame as a standard feature, enhancing its manoeuvrability and allowing for improved access to difficult-to-reach areas. It requires one double-acting spool on the tractor to operate the two hoses that facilitate horizontal movement. The offset capability makes this flail particularly effective for trimming alongside hedgerows or around trees.

Designed with robust hammer flails and a durable gearbox, this mower excels in controlling tougher grass and weeds. It can also be utilized when grass and weeds are shorter, providing a refined finish for lawns or sports fields with regular use. The cylindrical rotor is fitted with several hammer-style blades arranged in a spiral pattern, producing finer clippings. This design is particularly advantageous for uneven terrain compared to traditional rotary and topper mowers. Additionally, the mower operates via a belt-driven system, featuring three drive belts that power the blade rotor shaft.

This machine includes an adjustable rear roller, which can be modified with the tractor's top link arm to achieve the desired cutting height and finish.
